So this is going to be one of those times where I share something I am just getting started on. In fact, I stumbled across this idea this week. I was reading this book recommended by a friend and one of the lines stuck out to me, it was “I’m trying to be a best friend to myself.” And I thought hmmmm—so many of the times when I have been upset in my life come from times when I’ve not been a best friend to myself. I want to invite you to spend one week changing your thinking to be more of a best friend towards yourself. I’ll be trying the same thing.
