This progression from Yoga Therapy one involves a lengthened exhalation which produces a greater effect for calming the nervous system and releasing anxiety, stress and tension. It will produce relaxation in the body and mind. If done repeatedly, over an extended period of time, it will greatly reduce a stress and anxiety response to life. This series of videos (2 with progressive breathing methods and 1 short yoga program) will help one learn to control one's breathing patterns to produce a calming effect on one's nervous system and mind, thereby reducing anxiety and easing insomnia.
