It’s okay to relinquish control. Too much control can cause us to miss out on the pleasant inconveniences of life.
We often spend more time preparing for our future. Every so often, it is okay to take a second to reflect on our past.
Exploring mindfulness can be a bit overwhelming at times. The most important things to keep in mind on your journey are expectations, intentions, and being present.
