Insight (Vipassana) Meditation podcasts

Below are the best podcasts we could find on Insight (Vipassana) Meditation.

The word Vipassana can be translated as “insight,” or a clear awareness of exactly what is happening as it happens, and the practice of insight (Vipassana) meditation is the close attention to how the body feels right here, right now. This meditation roots focus on the breath. The rising and falling of breath is a place to come back to when the mind wanders. Distractions happen and are natural, but this practice of looking inward, of feeling and being in the moment, helps us simply notice those myriad thoughts and let them go. Many attribute a Vipassana practice to a greater sense of self-control, especially in relation to experiencing strong emotions.
