Reginald “Reggie” Ray, PhD, is an American Tibetan Buddhist, author, and studier of shamanic traditions and contemplative yogic practices. He founded Dharma Ocean, a nonprofit foundation and teaching center for meditation, retreats, and passing on the wisdom of his teacher, Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche.
