Yoga Wisdom

Sri Dharma Mittra has been doing selfless service for fifty years, sharing the knowledge he gained from his guru directly and through his personal Sadhana (spiritual practice) with many students that come to learn from him. In the last couple decades, Sri Dharma has not only been teaching postures, breathing, purifying techniques, relaxation, and meditation but has begun on a consistent basis to verbally share knowledge of the Supreme Self.
