We have all experienced, at one time or another, situations in which our professional responsibilities unexpectedly come into conflict with our deepest values.
We all have deep-rooted, deeply limiting beliefs about ourselves that just aren't true.
To the list of identities Black people in America have assumed or been asked to, we can now add, thanks to this presidential election season, “Obama’s people” and “the African Americans.”
