I’ve realized that work-life balance isn’t an objective measure that can be quantified by the number of hours you work. It’s subjective. It’s personal. It’s about deciding what’s important to you, and spending your time and effort on those things every day.
If you stay true to what matters most, you can and will find investors who share your vision and want to support you on your terms.
You don’t need to put together an elaborate presentation, full of persuasive evidence and metrics and PowerPoint slides.
Leaving your job when the economy is in the toilet isn’t the safest choice—but there are other things to take into consideration.
