Staying on task can be difficult, but it can be particularly challenging when you are surrounded by constant distraction. In today's always-connected world, diversions are nothing more than a click away.
If there’s one thing we could all probably use a lot more of, it’s the ability to focus. But telling yourself to stay focused on a task, especially a mundane one, is often a lot easier said than done.

A mental health day is a great time to indulge in self-care. Nevertheless, only practicing self-care once in a while isn’t always enough.
Letting go is never easy. It requires courage and absolute conviction that in doing so, we will be rid of that relationship, friendship, or situation that holds us back. Letting go is something necessary for balance and happiness.
When burnout wipes the canvas clean, it is an invitation to pick through the ashes and make life new again.
