I hope you are well. Before today’s sit, I share with you the single most necessary component of a meditation practice, the aspect that actually keeps it all going. I have learned this after teaching (literally) thousands and thousands of people how to meditate.
In our complex world, facilitation and mediation skills are as important for individuals as they are for organizations.
We can’t be perfect parents. There is always going to be some form of miscommunication, some misunderstanding, something that causes pain. The key to successful parenting is to make the time to address these challenges, and to listen with an open heart and mind.
