This article describes the method, its indications and contraindications, and its effects. Marion Rosen’s life and her discoveries about the body are described by Mary Kay Wright (2010) in Part I of this series on Rosen Method. Rosen Method Movement, also created by Marion Rosen, will not be discussed here.
