Yoga has been misunderstood and misrepresented. We can improve this while carrying compassion, love, and respect for everyone.
I wonder how the world would be, how we would live, how children would learn if we intentionally cultivated the spirit of being kind each day. In a world filled with fear and cruelty, we are itching for an outbreak of this characteristic.
Ask how to break a bad habit and just about everyone will tell you to use willpower. Let’s call it the “just say no” response.
