Theres a lot of talk these days about self-love. It sounds great, but what does it actually mean? How do we love ourselves and why does it matter?
Extending too much love to others can leave us lacking in love for ourselves. We must walk the fine line of attending to others and tending to ourselves, all the while never falling second to the needs of another.

It can be easy to get caught up in your relationship, but focusing on two different concepts; self care and self love, can help you stay in-tune with yourself so that you can be more present for yourself, your partner and your relationship.
We spend years running from the unlovable parts of ourselves. But if we learn to confront them and embrace them, enormous shifts can happen -- and very quickly.
