Highly Sensitive People (HSP) may find difficulty in coping with the hectic world around them. Even a normal situation can make them overwhelmed. But they rarely get away from those situations because they tend to feel guilt for exposing their sensitivity.
One in five people are born with the trait of high sensitivity. Yet, there is a general lack of awareness of the trait in our society, which leaves many people struggling physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually with being highly sensitive in a non-sensitive world.
