Creativity. It’s often cited as a valuable (but tough to harness) benefit of having ADHD. As it turns out, creativity is more than a perk; it is a requirement. To be healthy and productive, you must carve out time to pursue your creative passions.
I’ve worked with a lot of people over the years. And without exception, the single biggest obstacle that has held them back from achieving their goals has always been—themselves! We haven’t learned how to overcome procrastination and laziness.
Here is a short list of the best ideas and habits to use every day in order to be more successful in life. All of these tips require some planning and preparation but are worth the effort.
