Just like any student, I’ve made mistakes throughout my spiritual journey. Although I prefer to see mistakes as learning opportunities, below are a few things I’ve learned not to do through my years of meditation and detox weekends and constant effort to stay on the divine side of life.
Science is a very valuable part of humanity. However, it hasn’t yet explained it all. Stepping fully into a meaningful life requires a shift in the way we show up for ourselves and others. Building the science of spirituality into a practice takes intention and effort.

The mismatch between the knowledge and the longing is perhaps the most anguishing of all human experiences.
Mindfulness is available to us in every moment, not just the special or precious ones. We just have to tune into it throughout the day.
